Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the future of field service management. You'll work on challenging problems at scale, shipping features that help thousands of contractors run their businesses more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain features across our web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product and design to define technical requirements
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
• Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
• Contribute to our engineering culture and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for building great user experiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native or mobile development
• Background in B2B SaaS products
• Experience with field service or construction industries
• Contributions to open source projects

Interview Process
