About the Role
We are hiring an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through implementation and early adoption milestones.
What You'll Do
- Run onboarding projects from kickoff through launch.
- Configure workflows and best-practice setups with customers.
- Train users and drive early product adoption.
- Coordinate with support and product teams on blockers.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation roles.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with high ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
