What You'll Do
- Own technical relationship health for strategic accounts.
- Guide customers on advanced platform capabilities.
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams.
- Build executive-ready status updates and success plans.
What We're Looking For
- Technical customer-facing experience in SaaS environments.
- Strong communication with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage cross-functional execution under deadlines.
- High ownership and long-term customer focus.
