Overview
The Google Calendar integration keeps your JobsiteOn job schedule visible on your Google Calendar. When a job is scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled, the calendar event updates automatically. Your team always knows where they need to be.

Setup instructions
- Navigate to Settings → Workspace → Integrations in JobsiteOn.
- Click Connect next to Google Calendar.
- Sign in with your Google account and authorize calendar access.
- Choose which Google Calendar to sync events to (or create a new one for JobsiteOn).
- Done — new jobs will appear on your calendar automatically.

Pricing
The Google Calendar integration is included in all JobsiteOn plans at no additional cost. You need a Google account (free or Google Workspace).
FAQ
Can each technician connect their own calendar? Yes. Each user connects their own Google account so they see only their assigned jobs.
What if I use a shared team calendar? You can choose any calendar in your Google account, including shared team calendars.
Are all-day events supported? Jobs with no specific time are created as all-day events. Timed jobs include start and end times.
What happens when a job is cancelled? The corresponding calendar event is automatically deleted.
Security
- OAuth 2.0 authentication — JobsiteOn never stores your Google password.
- Minimal scope requested — only calendar events, not email, drive, or other Google data.
- Revoke access at any time from JobsiteOn settings or your Google account security page.
Troubleshooting
Events not appearing? Make sure you selected the correct calendar during setup. Check Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar to verify the target calendar.
Wrong time zone? Calendar events use the time zone set in your JobsiteOn workspace. Update it in Settings → Workspace → General if needed.
