General settings
Use the General section this way:
/settings/company/regionalremains the canonical route for regional defaults even though it is now discovered fromSettings -> General./settings/accessibilitycontrols appearance and theme preferences.Notifications Preferencesopens/settings/communications?tab=notifications-preferences, which lands on the communications automation controls without creating a separate duplicate page.
Account settings
Use the Account section this way:
/settingsremains the canonicalYour Profileroute for profile details.Securityreuses/settings?panel=securityso password, recovery, MFA, and session controls stay on the same profile page./settings/accountscontinues to own connected email/calendar accounts and forwarding behavior.
Billing settings
Use the dedicated Billing section this way:
/settings/workspace/billingis the commercial billing page for current subscription status, billing interval, next charge date, invoice history, payment-method state, and plan-change guidance.Payment Methodsis a direct handoff to/settings/workspace/billing?panel=payment-methodsso the navigation opens the billing-contact and payment-method section without inventing a second billing route./settings/workspace/plansis the pricing decision page for plan and billing interval changes. It now shows the Starter, Team, and Business pricing cards, a separateLooking for enterprise?contact-sales action, aCompare featuresbutton that opens the public pricing page, and FAQ answers below the plan cards. Starter is presented as a 1-user plan with 20 credits/month, Team includes 100 credits/month with unlimited users, and Business includes 300 credits/month with unlimited users./settings/workspace/usageis the credits page for remaining usage, activity, purchased-credit history, and reset timing. The owner-app shell also exposes a lower-leftREMAINING CREDITScard that links here, keeps the percent remaining above the bar, shows the reset date below it, displays the exact used-credit count under the reset line, and colors the bar blue above 70%, orange from 31%-70%, and red from 0%-30%.Usage Historyis a direct handoff to/settings/workspace/usage?panel=history, which keeps the canonical usage route while opening the activity/history section of the same page.

Validation checklist
- Each listed route opens successfully.
GeneralandAccountentries land on the expected existing route/section rather than a dead-end duplicate page./settings/company/peopleshows active members.- Pending invites can be resent or cancelled from the people page.
- Billing, plans, and usage each present one clear job without duplicating the
same details:
- Billing = subscription/accounting
- Plans = pricing decisions
- Usage = credits/activity
/settings/workspace/planskeeps the main plan grid limited to Starter, Team, and Business, while enterprise routes through the separate contact-sales action.- Communication defaults save and persist after refresh.
