SMS Messaging Program

JobsiteOn, LLC sends text messages from one toll-free number for three products: JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite. This page covers which texts we send, how you agree to get them, and how to stop them.

Program details

  • Sender: JobsiteOn, LLC.
  • Number: toll-free +1 (888) 972-5552.
  • Brands: JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite. Every message starts with the name of the brand it comes from, for example “JobsiteOn:” or “FoundingSite:”.
  • Frequency: varies with how you use the product.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply. We never charge for texts.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP or email support@jobsiteon.com.

Messages we send

  • One-time verification codes when you sign up, sign in, confirm a phone number, or verify that you own a business.
  • Account and transactional notifications you asked for, or that relate to your jobs, quotes, invoices, proposals and appointments.
  • Replies to a conversation you started with us by text.

We don’t send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in on a web form. In the JobsiteOn, RoofKarma or FoundingSite sign-up, profile or request form, you type your mobile number into the field that sits next to the consent statement below, then tap the button to receive a code. Nothing is sent until you tap it. The consent statement reads:

“By providing your mobile number and tapping ‘Send code’, you agree to receive SMS messages from [Brand] (JobsiteOn, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”

[Brand] is JobsiteOn, RoofKarma or FoundingSite, depending on the product you’re using. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

By providing your mobile number and tapping ‘Send code’, you agree to receive SMS messages from JobsiteOn (JobsiteOn, LLC) about your account and requests, including one-time verification codes. Customers of JobsiteOn contractors

Contractors use JobsiteOn to text their own customers about jobs, quotes, invoices, proposals and appointments. Those texts come from the same number and start with “JobsiteOn:”.

  • Texting is off for every contractor account until the contractor turns it on in their communication settings.
  • A contractor may only text a customer who has agreed to it. The contractor collects that agreement when the customer gives their mobile number for a job, quote or request, whether on a request form, on the phone or in person, together with the consent statement above. A number given for other reasons is not consent.
  • Before each text, JobsiteOn checks that the number has not opted out, that it is a North American (+1) number, and that it is under a daily limit for that number and for the contractor.
  • Automatic reminders wait out quiet hours, 9 PM to 8 AM in the contractor’s time zone by default.
  • When you reply STOP, your number goes on the opt-out list of every contractor that texts from this number, so none of them can text you again unless you opt back in.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. You’ll get one confirmation text and nothing after it:

“JobsiteOn, LLC: You're unsubscribed from JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite texts. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.”

Opting out applies to the whole number, so it covers JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite texts. You can also ask us to stop by emailing support@jobsiteon.com.

Getting help

Reply HELP to any message and we’ll text back:

“JobsiteOn, LLC (JobsiteOn, RoofKarma, FoundingSite): Help at support@jobsiteon.com. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opting back in

To get texts again, reply START to +1 (888) 972-5552. We’ll confirm with:

“JobsiteOn, LLC: You're resubscribed to JobsiteOn, RoofKarma and FoundingSite texts. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, so a code can arrive late. If one doesn’t show up, request a new code.

Privacy

We never sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their marketing. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as Twilio, and only so the texts can be sent. Read the Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and we’ll ask for your consent again before sending a new kind of message.
